The HR Fit Leadership Training Program is a series of courses designed to create effective, capable supervisors within a strong, aligned management team. With a curriculum tailored to each employer’s unique goals, the program is applied in a comprehensive structure with modules consisting of four-hour sessions. These modules may be provided on an à la carte basis — they are not required all together — and include training evaluation and review upon completion.
