After serving in various HR roles for more than a decade, Erik Christian saw the need for HR assistance for small and medium-sized employers. HR Fit began with Erik providing consulting primarily to a few nonprofit employers in the Peoria, IL, area. In 2018, HR Fit hired its first employee and began offering direct HR outsourcing.

Currently, our team provides services for nearly 100 clients throughout the Midwest. We’re growing because we care. Built on a belief in the power of interpersonal connectedness and relationships, HR Fit wants to help our clients be great through great HR practice.
